Zachary Hunter brings a unique combination of real estate expertise, public service, and investment experience to his clients. After nearly twenty years in the fire service as a Lieutenant Paramedic, Zach transitioned into real estate, where he quickly built a reputation for strong communication, market knowledge, and putting his clients’ needs first.
Known for his extensive knowledge of Cape Cod and strong local network, Zach helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with confidence. As a real estate investor himself, owning Airbnb and rental properties both domestically and internationally, he offers valuable real world insight that helps clients make informed decisions and achieve their goals.

Hi, I’m Bianca DaSilva, a Cape Cod native with Brazilian roots and a bilingual background in
both English and Portuguese. Growing up on the Cape gave me a strong appreciation for the
local community, coastal lifestyle, and the unique character of each neighborhood.
With over a decade of experience in the service industry, I’ve built my career around
communication, hard work, and creating positive experiences for others. Real estate felt like a
natural transition because I genuinely enjoy helping people navigate important milestones and
making the buying or selling process feel less overwhelming and more exciting. As a
homeowner myself, I understand the emotions and challenges that come with purchasing a home,
which allows me to better support and guide my clients every step of the way.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active, and
enjoying everything Cape Cod has to offer. I’m passionate about building lasting relationships

Born and raised in Attleboro, Massachusetts, I have always been passionate about serving my
community and helping others achieve their goals. I graduated from Massachusetts Maritime
Academy with a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management and currently serve as a
firefighter-paramedic.
My passion for real estate began long before earning my license. In 2020, I purchased and
successfully renovated my first investment property, followed by the purchase of my second
property in 2021. These firsthand experiences have given me valuable insight into buying,
selling, investing, and homeownership.
Real estate has deep roots in my family, as my grandparents owned a real estate brokerage.
Their influence helped spark my interest in the industry and inspired my commitment to helping
clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
When I'm not serving clients or working as a firefighter-paramedic, you can find me golfing,
working out, enjoying the beach, or spending time with my dog.

BYRON NARVAEZ
TEAM MEMBERMy name is Byron Narvaez, and I moved to Cape Cod when I was seven years old. Throughout the years, through hard work, humility, and a strong desire to grow, l've continued striving to become the best version of myself. I graduated from Suffolk University with a business degree, which helped shape my entrepreneurial mindset and passion for serving others. Alongside my brother, I opened a small detailing business that proudly serves the Cape Cod community. I'm also currently learning my fourth language, always pushing myself to expand my skills and perspective. In addition to business, I coach youth soccer and high school-level soccer, roles that have taught me leadership, discipline, and the importance of teamwork. I plan to bring all of my life experiences and knowledge into my real estate career, giving every person I work with the same attention, care, honesty, and respect. I'm excited to get started and truly can't wait for you to join me on this journey.

TEAM MEMBERGeaonny Calderon, known as Gigi, is a Massachusetts native and real estate agent who cares deeply about helping people through one of the biggest decisions in their lives. She focuses on being honest, easy to reach, and making sure her clients feel supported whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.
Outside of real estate, Gigi enjoys spending time with family and friends, solving puzzles, taking walks, and going to the beach. She brings a calm, down-to-earth approach to her work and aims to make the process feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more clear for her clients.
